This hotel is very well located and only a stones throw away from all the major hotspots that you would like to visit. All staff from check to housekeeping were very polite and courteous throughout our stay. Especially Zin from Myanmar she’s an asset to the success of your hotel very knowledgeable and always ready to lend a helping hand. Rooms were clean and all staff were always ready and waiting to assist with any query. Oh and the rooms have smart TV’s a total score no struggling to connect any device a total bonus.

This hotel is old so be mindful of that when booking. The staff act like they care yet do nothing. We have asked 5 times to have the dryer fixed and nothing has been resolved in 2 weeks!!!! Our bathroom sink is being held together by contact cement. The kitchen has little to no supplies so we can barely use it and asking for dry towels seems to be like asking for gold. Our bathroom floods every time we shower and I have asked for extra towels to help us from slipping on the floor…. And no response or action. Honestly I’m shocked at the quality for the price… definitely a 2/3* standard at best. Just being honest.

Holiday was stress free. Staff welcoming and always there to help if needed. Rooms were cleaned every day. I sometimes asked for him to give out room a miss. Always left us water. Very quiet on a night time. My eldest son enjoyed using the gym then going for a swim. Food at the hotel was nice to. Definitely would stay here again.

A clean and pleasant place to stay. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.During our stay, the pool was clean and not crowded; the appliances were in good working order; all of our requests were handled professionally by all of the employees; and we are grateful to Ms. Rose for approving our request to check out late. However, the location is not that accessible. There's nothing to see on the balcony (view). Hopefully, in the future, transportation will be easier.
